


Take the stress out of meal planning with this simple, inexpensive one-month pantry meal plan. There are pantry recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday through Friday and the other two days are for leftovers. Personally, I like having leftovers on Wednesday and Saturday, but you can change the days when you want to have leftovers. These recipes use staple foods like pasta, rice and canned foods like tuna, spam, vegetables as well as some common ingredients like eggs, milk, cheese, etc.
